PRODUCT DESCRIPTION : Foeniculum  is an earthy, sweet flavored herb often used in cooking especially with meals containing meat. It is also a common medicine in , ,  and Western cultures for treating gas and stomach upset. The whole seeds can be chewed or made into a tea.
